- First contact the Research Analyst. Use the designated grievance contact supplied in your service agreement. Retain your correspondence and service documents.
- SEBI SCORES. Where applicable, use scores.sebi.gov.in for an unresolved grievance.
- Online dispute resolution. Refer to the eligibility and process on SMART ODR.
Do not send trading passwords, account credentials or OTPs to anyone claiming to represent Tradingjunkie.
Fees, cancellation and refunds.
The plan scope, fees, taxes, delivery arrangements and cancellation terms are agreed before subscription. Payments are for research services, not investment capital.
Applicable SEBI requirements govern fee collection and refunds. Where a proportionate refund for the unexpired service period is required, the service terms and this website notice do not remove that right. Review the agreed terms before paying.
Your enquiry information.
The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone, selected topic and message to respond to your enquiry. Do not include sensitive financial information. Form consent is separate from consent to a paid service.
Enquiries are accessible only through the configured server-side storage and authorised business mailbox. They are not displayed publicly. Basic anti-spam controls use a short-lived session and a hashed network identifier. No marketing tracker is installed in this version.
The risk-notice preference is saved in your browser for the current session. Server sessions support enquiry security. No payment information is collected by this website.
To request access, correction or deletion, use the business contact given in your service agreement. Retention and any regulatory obligations should be confirmed in the final service privacy policy.
