Information collected

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, chosen topic and message. It also records the submission time, your consent and a hashed network identifier used for rate limiting. Server sessions support form security.

Hosting infrastructure may keep technical access and security logs, such as IP addresses and requested URLs. Do not include passwords, OTPs, bank details, demat credentials, payment-card data or identity documents in the enquiry form.

No payment details are collected through this website. A future client-onboarding process must provide its own information about additional records it needs.

How information is used

• To reply to the specific enquiry and discuss the requested research service.
• To prevent spam, abuse and unauthorised submissions.
• To maintain correspondence and records required for the service or by applicable law.

Enquiry consent does not subscribe you to marketing or a paid research plan. This implementation does not sell enquiry details or publish them on the website.

Storage, access & service providers

Enquiries are saved in private server-side storage outside the public website directory. Authorised business personnel and infrastructure providers may process information as needed to host the site, secure it and respond. On production hosting, an email notification may be sent through the configured mail service.

Access is restricted to the configured systems and authorised personnel. No internet system can promise absolute security. Records should not be kept longer than needed for the stated purpose, except where a legal or regulatory retention obligation applies. Ask us about the retention applicable to your record.

Cookies & browser preferences

A session cookie supports enquiry security, including CSRF protection. Session storage remembers that you viewed the risk notice and whether you chose to show or hide the market ticker. These preferences are not research subscriptions or marketing consent.

The accessibility panel saves only your chosen display settings in local browser storage, so they also apply on later visits. These settings are not sent to our server. Use “Reset preferences” in the panel or clear browser storage to remove them.

You can clear cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking session cookies may prevent the enquiry form from working. The site's own code does not install a marketing pixel or advertising analytics tracker.

TradingView market widget & external links

When the homepage ticker is shown, your browser connects directly to TradingView and its delivery infrastructure. The provider receives technical connection information, including your IP address, and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policy. Tradingjunkie does not send enquiry-form contents to the widget.

You can hide the ticker to unload its frame. Visitors using a reduced-motion preference start with it hidden; it can be shown explicitly. Other pages do not load this widget. Previously placed provider cookies are managed through your browser settings.

Read TradingView's Privacy Policy. WhatsApp, LinkedIn, SEBI and other external destinations operate their own privacy practices when you follow those links.

You can withdraw consent for further enquiry follow-up. Deletion or withdrawal may be limited where information must be retained by law, for a legitimate unresolved dispute or for required regulatory records. We will explain any applicable limitation.
