Tradingjunkie is presented by Rohit Tripathi, SEBI Registration No. INH000030311. This website describes research services and provides investor information and educational tools. Browsing, submitting an enquiry or acknowledging the risk notice does not create a paid subscription or client agreement.

Content is general information, not an offer of assured returns or a direction to buy or sell a security. Assess the risks and your own circumstances before making an investment decision.

Research subscriptions

Before a service begins, the research scope, frequency, duration, delivery channel, fees, applicable taxes and cancellation terms must be agreed, together with required onboarding and disclosures. This website currently has no payment or trading checkout.

Do not make payment based solely on a chat or website listing. Confirm the analyst's identity and authorised payment instructions. Payments for research are not investment capital and must not grant anyone access to your trading account.

The client agreement and applicable law govern a subscription. Read the statutory disclosures and refund policy. These website terms do not remove mandatory investor protections.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details and only information necessary for your enquiry.
• Keep trading, banking and demat credentials private.
• Do not misuse the website, introduce malicious content or attempt unauthorised access.
• Do not redistribute paid research without the rights holder's permission or another lawful basis.

Research is not execution, portfolio management or discretionary management of your money. You remain responsible for decisions and instructions given to your broker.

Market data & educational tools

The homepage market strip is an external TradingView widget. BSE quotations in the free widget are end-of-day, not a licensed tick-by-tick live feed. Exchange coverage, prices, timestamps and availability are controlled by the provider and may change.

The scrolling strip is informational, not a recommendation, execution price or trading terminal. Verify time-sensitive prices with your broker or exchange. It may be unavailable when the provider, browser privacy settings or network blocks it.

Calculators use the stated inputs and mathematical assumptions. They do not predict returns and may exclude brokerage, taxes, slippage and other real-world factors.

Content, availability & external links

Research views and public content can change as new information becomes available. Sources may contain errors or omissions. Reasonable care does not eliminate uncertainty or market risk.

Content and brand assets remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Third-party links have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement or an assurance of availability, accuracy or regulatory status.

Your rights & contacting us

Nothing here excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waives a statutory refund or grievance right, or overrides an applicable regulatory requirement. This website does not require you to agree to a new arbitration clause merely by browsing.
